Yup just a month to go until the major LAN fest of the year QuakeCon. As previous years hopefully we'll have some extra bits and peices released of DOOM 3.

There has even been rumour of a playable demo (and do take note of the word rumour, which means unlikely).

From the QuakeCon FAQ:

"1.15 - Can you tell me what id will demonstrate, release, or announce at QuakeCon?
No, we wish we knew. Don't bother asking if Doom III (or a demo thereof) will be released at QuakeCon. It's highly unlikely. And if you insist on asking anyway, we may have to lie to make you look foolish later on."

So that's the official position. Still we should at least be hoping for a couple of screenshots. smile
