Vicarious Visions says the DOOM 3 Xbox version is "almost done"

Yup, Game Informer had a recent interview with Vicarious Visions regarding the Xbox version of DOOM 3, and Vicarious Visions say it's "almost done", good to hear, this means it could go gold within the next couple weeks and be ready for manufacturing, which would probably lead to a late 2004 or early 2005 release.

If late 2004, it'll have to compete with the big shooter of the year on Xbox, highly anticipated indeed. We're talking about Halo 2 here, people.

Anyway yes this is good news, hopefully we'll see the Xbox version of DOOM 3 on shelves sooner than later.
