"There are a few small changes: most obvious is the addition of three new "weapons," although only one actually serves as a firearm. First is the not-so-creatively named "Artifact," which looks like nothing so much as a large heart with a car door handle stuck to it; powered by the souls of the dead humans you find throughout the game, this little doodad serves as a power-up rune you can carry with you, giving you the abilities of super-speed, invulnerability, and vastly increased damage. Next is the Grabber, a nearly-useless little tool with more than a passing resemblance to the Half-Life 2 Gravity Gun. And finally, the one we've all been waiting for, the double-barrelled shotgun - twice the fun, twice the mess, this baby will see you through it all."
