The DOOM movie delayed and Masters of DOOM announced

Firstly, over at Universal Pictures they've updated their DOOM movie section noting that it's delayed from their originally pencilled August 5th, 2005 release date to October 21st, 2005. For reasons unknown, currently.

And also, there appears to be another DOOM movie related project, which astonishingly has been in the works for some time now; Masters of DOOM, the book based on John Carmack and Romero's experience in the founding of id Software and its major game franchise, such as DOOM and Quake.
